rose disease

I have a climbing rose called pirouette, the leaves have a kind of freckling /dusting of white on the leaves, there are healthy looking roses in bud so plant doesn't look ailing too much bt I want to treat the leaf problem if I can. thankyou. I cant upload a pic site wont accept my jpg image?
