What cottage garden plant is this?

I planted a load of cottage garden seeds and lots came up (unusual for me!). Annoyingly, the seed packet didn't say what seeds there were and I'm having trouble identifying some of them. I think they're all perennials although I've not got the packet anymore to check. Please seen other post too as more than three plants to identify.

Not sure of first but second looks like a Phlox and third looks like a Verbascum.
