Not certain but it looks like Honesty - (Lunaria rediviva). Also know as Money plant or Dollar plant. If it is, will develop paper thin, flat seedheads much valued in flower arranging

It looks like Honesty to me which is not a weed at all but a rather useful plant in the garden because it attracts beneficial insects and has lovely seed pods right through the winter.
