After a big rainstorm my spurge has completely fallen over. Is it best to throw away the whole plant or should I try to right it and prune it? The plant was about 3.5 feet tall and fairly leggy.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Wait till it finishes blooming, it will put out new growth that should be upright, see if you can give it a little support, they are top heavy and not deep rooted and not long lived in wet climates.
