This plant has self-seeded and I would appreciate help to identify it. It is quite large - about 1.5m tall and about 1m wide, with pretty blue flowers, and it is now producing large chinese lantern type seeds. Any ideas? Many thanks

I think it could be Nicandra physalodes: https://www.rhs.org.uk/advice/profile?PID=538.

According to the RHS the seedlings may appear in the garden from bird-sown seed or seed fallen from a bird feeder,
