This shrub has shiny, waxy leaves and there are always three leaves together. No fragrance. It's grown to six foot high and nine feet across and I'd like to know what it is and how best to prune it. Thank you.

Does anyone know this shrub?

It does look like Choisiya - but I would expect a strong musky smell from the leaves and a sweet fragrance from the flowers.
