I have 2 plants to be identified please! The pink flower plant was sold as a young herb - not in flower, and the shiny green leafed plant has now been in "green flower" for the past 4 weeks!! I am looking forward to learning their true identity. Many thanks. Maggie

Hi Maggie well done for posting the question. I can see your images were too large to upload. I have reduced them for you and will post them here now for you. Cheers, Nicola

It may be Salvia elegans, pineapple sage.

For the second plant I think it may be Hymenocallis festalis.

Again, sincere thanks Miriam - we now have 2 further "green flowers" on separate plants which are developing rapidly, so we are excited to see if the beautiful white "spider" flower develops to confirm it's origin.
