Can anyone tell me what this plant is called, Google cannot! Pictures taken a couple of days ago(end of June) flowers just coming to an end, due to be cut off in a week or so, so that new growth can take over. Perennial, self seeds very easily.

Hi Carol, a few replies on social media and say:

"Helleborus argutifolius, the Corsican hellebore."
"Hellebores Argutifolius"
"Hellebore Or the stinking hellebore"
"Helleborus foetidus"
"It's Corsican Hellebore. Tall, elegant and a fabulous painting in watercolour challenge. It self seeds"

Hope this helps?
