I have a plant in my garden (Acer 'Firecracker') and it has 4 photos associated with it. I am able to view all these photos (though I have to click the View all photos link twice to get the popup with the photos) but then I cannot do anything with the photos; neither remove any of them nor mark one as the primary photo (the link to do that doesn't do anything). Can you please tell me how to manage the photos for a specific plant (add/delete/set one as primary). Thanks.

Hi Vicky, we have recorded a video here explaining how to do that very thing Click here: 'Replacing a plant image in Shoot'. Hope this helps?

Thanks for getting back to me. I've discovered that only one of my plants (it's the first one on my list) is giving me a problem. It is this one. When I click on 'View all photos' there is a delay, then I see the popup attached below. Clicking on the thumbnails does nothing.
I'd be grateful if you could check this one out for me.
Thank you.

Thanks for responding. I've now found that I can get it to work for most of my plants, however one is still giving me problems. It is Acer palmatum dissectum - Firecracker. When I click 'View all photos' there is a noticeable delay before I see the popup as attached. I cannot click on any of the thumbnails.
Perhaps you could check this one out for me.
Thank you.
