Lost the plant label and after searching through books and the net I thought it was (Erinus Alpinus), but the leaves don't match.
The leaves on my plant are spine like but flower shape matches (Erinus Alpinus).
Hope someone can help me put a name to this loverly plant.
Many thanks Roger

Hi Roger,

This looks very much like Phlox subulata, possibly the ‘Tamaongalei’ variety.

You can't see the foliage here, but if you look elsewhere online it has the same needle like foliage as yours.

Have a look and let us know if it fits!

Hi Katy,
Thankyou so much for identifing my little plant.
I will now give it a smart new label made of plastic. Well we are a bit tight in Derbyshire.
Thanks again
Roger

Hi Roger, as a member you can also add this plant to your plants list in Shoot. And then also plot where it is using our design and mapping tool. That way you'll remember where it is too! :-) Nicola
