I bought two baby Foxgloves (Camelot) a few days ago - about 12" tall. I only have a courtyard patio, with two small raise bed - one is mostly occupied by an invasive ugly bush, with prickly leaves - I was quoted for £100 to have it removed completely. Meanwhile, can I plant my foxgloves in a tub and replant them later when the 'weed' is cleared. What is the best time to replant them? Thanks in advance for the advice.

Simple answer: YES. Don't bother to move them later. Let them flower and next year without any effort from you there will be little foxgloves popping up all over the place. They are wonderful. They give so much for free. Just be aware that usually foxgloves don't flower in their first year so you might have to wait until year two until you start getting full value.
