1.what do I spray with
2. does it harm plants
3.it is on my strawberries, if I leave it will it cause any damage to the fruit...I do not like the idea of pesticides on my organic plants?

Hi, Rsut,
Though both the adult and nymphs suck sap from plant, the damage from these insects, also called Spittlebugs or froghoppers (the adults), is minimal. There is no need to spray, you can hose them off with a jet of water. Tricky with strawberries, but that is the best way to get these pests off the plant. They shouldn't harm the fruit.
