Hi there. Can someone help about this plant?? shall i cut it back with ground level after its died??

Hi, Raudy25,
Since E. characias subs. wulfenii is evergreen, you shouldn't need to cut it back. Having said that, however, since they are considered H3 hardy, if you do live in an area with colder winters and it suffers, you can cut if back to strong buds if early spring, when you start to notice new stems emerge next spring. Also, you can remove faded flower stems now.
