I bought some flowers and this was a part of the arrangement, can anyone tell me what it is and if I can possibly propagate from the stem Thanks.

Hi, Steven,
This is Moluccella laevis , common name Bells of Ireland or Shell flower. It's a tender annual, native to Turkey, Iraq, etc. You most likely won't be able to propagate from the stem but they can be grown from seed - either with heat inside in spring or in situ in late spring. Quite a few places in the UK sell the seed, as well as the plants
