I would like to know what size container the above should be planted in. I currently have it in a round one that is 30cm in diameter and 50 cm tall. Is this the right size? Many thanks

HI, Lesley,
Since its mature height is 1m x 1m, you could get away with the size but it will take some work from you. If it is to remain in that container, it is best to root prune the plant every 3 years or so. This entails lifting the plant and removing not more than 1/3 of the rootball. If it were mine, I would pot up larger - it will save you some work and allow more root space.

Thank you very much Kathy! I am a keen novice gardener and appreciate all the help I can get! I suspected that a bigger pot would be a good idea so thanks for confirming. Needing a new pot is an excellent excuse to visit my local garden centre this weekend!!
