Hi, Gaby,
Do you have this in your 'Plants I Have' list? If so, you can check to make sure it is planted in the right spot and getting the correct care. I'm just wondering if it is in full sun - they flower best and prefer full sun. Second, stop feeding it so much. Feed it with a high potash (high in phosphorus) ferilizer which will encourage healthy flower production. Do not overfeed. Lonicera really only needs to be fertilised once in spring and that's it. If still no flowers, and you are sure it is planted in the correct spot, give it a good prune in late winter/early spring to encourage new growth/flower buds.
