from Karen

Hi Carol

Thanks for your reply. I do tend to reuse compost for my seedlings but and these are popping up all over. I'm maybe keep one and see how it grows!

Thanks

can anyone identify these seedlings

from Karen

They are coming up in lots of different seed trays. Not sure if they are weeds?

Thanks

Re: Re: Schefflera Cuttings

from Karen

Hi Kathy,
Thanks for your really helpful reply. The reason it's a bit wonky at the top is I did cut the tip to try to stop it growing any taller but it then sprouted from the side. I'll take your advice and cut it back and will try to use the tip as a cutting.
Thanks

Schefflera Cuttings

from Karen

I have a very tall Schefflera (I think) in my office and I'm wondering if I can take cuttings from it. It is just one tall stem and is just about touching the ceiling. Can anyone tell me if it's possible to take cuttings from it and how I'd do it?

Thanks

Foxgloves

from Karen

I have a lot of Foxglove 'Alba' plants in my greenhouse now which were sown from seed last year. They have done well over the winter and are looking healthy. Can anyone tell me if it's still too early to plant them out in the garden now? I'd like to make room in my greenhouse for other seeds if possible.

Thanks

Hi Nicola,

Thanks, I've just updated my preferences to show planting advice which should help. I'd definitely use a plants notes per month option if you decide to add it! Thanks for your help.

Re: Re: Care Calendar

Hi Nicola

Yes, I'm really enjoying Shoot!
I have bought some seeds that I have seached for and saved in 'my garden'. They need to be planted in different months and I was trying to find a way to remind myself when to sow the seeds?
Thanks

Care Calendar

from Karen

Hi, I just wondered if anyone knew if it's possible to insert a calendar entry on a specific plant which you've saved to your garden. I know you can make a note for a particular month, but I'd like to remind myself for each specific plant?
Thanks
