Bought this a few years ago, no idea what it is. evergreen and about 15 inches tall. My son would like one.....searched all my books, please help

I am very excited, tomorrow we are going to Birmingham for the BBC flower show, a friend got us some tickets. I have only been to Southport and the Shrewsbury flower show's.

Californian lilac

I had a repens for years till we moved. I have bought a new one and it has thrived. But this is more of a tree, planted last year , it has grown to four foot, looks to have a tree like appearance......so what is it ?

If is near your property, chop it down, these can grow to great hights and the roots go deep.. :(

Have taken your advice to water more. We have quite a high water table here in Moreton. We had no plants when we moved in 5 years ago, so most of them are new. Thank you for your advice :)

Heavenly bamboo

After paying a whacking 25.00 for our this plant in April, we came back from holiday to find the leaves had turned brown and dry. I cut a few branches back, in the hope it will regenerate. I have today noticed a couple of new buds. So I am hoping it will recover. Has anyone else had this problem ?
