Narrow urban garden designed to be wildlife friendly and a peaceful haven after a day's work in London. Small patio area housing lean-to greenhouse and pots of various (mainly scented) flowers and two clipped box plants. One long border in full sun with shrubs, perennial herbs, bulbs and flowers including Jasmine, Passiflora, Cotoneaster, Ivy and Buddleia. A small vegetable plot at the end with vegetables, fruit, salads and herbs grown in pots. Next to the shed there is a compost bin, log pile and tiny pond. The path in partial shade has been covered with containers of shrubs and flowers including Arum lilies, Bay, Fatsia, Ferns, Fuchsias, Hostas, Tricyrtis, Tradescantia, Dicentra, Pulmonaria., Polemonium and a variety of bulbs. I have six hanging baskets which vary according to the season. My 'lawn' has shrunk to a mere path but I'm keeping it because the clippings are so useful.

About me
Although I have many hobbies, gardening takes up most of my spare time these days. I garden organically and for wildlife and most of my plants are grown from seeds and cuttings which I raise in my two mini greenhouses. My garden is small but I manage to grow a variety of veg, fruits, salads and herbs in pots. Last year I decided to start a blog about my gardening experiences. You can view it here http://littlelondongarden.blogspot.com/
