An ancient cider orchard left to the brambles and bracken. Reclaimed from nature 3 years ago. Landscaped around the stream with a large veg patch. An ongoing project and ongoing battle with weeds. Planted mainly for the bees benefit!Tip: Click zoom out button above to see entire garden plan
Gardening expertise
Very Keen
Biggest gardening accomplishments
growing a full veg patch most from seed whilst bringing up two babies with my husband away.
Biggest gardening frustrations
Slugs, blight and being powerless to save an old chestnut tree that had to be chopped down due to rot, duck weed, bindweed.
The gardening project I am currently working on
4 formal beds edged in box at the house front. The rest of the garden is an ongoing project - like painting the Forth Bridge....
