About me
Hello, I'm a youngish 61 year old amateur gardener. I'm about to retire in a years time and have just extended my recently purchased house, and landscaped the rear garden and planted young plants. The house has a southerly aspect with large bifold doors which links the garden into the house extension.

Gardening expertise
Keen but Clueless

Biggest gardening accomplishments
I like to create family spaces for leisure, and enjoy planting areas which pollinators enjoy. I've used professional designers to create spaces and planting ideas, but I suppose dealing with heavy clay soil is my most rewarding experience to date.

Biggest gardening frustrations
Dealing with heavy clay soil !! Losing nice specimen plants due to potential neglect on my part.

The gardening project I am currently working on
Just landscaped my new rear garden and panted out young specimens. Cant wait to see it mature in the coming years
