A medium sized garden, L shape at far end currently being reclaimed from wilderness, several neglected apple and damson trees, among brambles and ivy ! Vegetable patch in its 3rd year now beginning to produce, runner beans, cabbages tomatoes, rhubarb, spinach, and courgettes have done well. Grass and perennial, cottage style borders under development. Roses, geraniums and crocosmias are doing well. The soil is heavy clay, with much old builders debris that appears wherever one digs ! I have 2 large leylandii trees overhanging from next door on one side of the garden, that cause dry baren conditions. This will be the next challenge after the wilderness is dealt with. There is not a published plan for this garden yet.
