About me
I studied Landscape Architecture at the University of Sheffield, then headed off into garden design via maintenance. I loved the science-based course at Sheffield, but learned so much more from caring for other peoples' green spaces and learning to 'read' their needs. I now work with the garden build company Oakleigh Manor amongst others and currently have one garden being built in South East London and the next booked in North London. I really love transforming peoples' gardens and surprising them with what their gardens can become!

Gardening expertise
Professional

Biggest gardening accomplishments
Getting the totally disinterested interested!

Biggest gardening frustrations
Trying to teach someone with his own chainsaw how he should prune his p trees, then seeing the mess they made when I next visit their garden. Once I even painted a 'cut here' on a plum tree branch..to no avail. I wouldn't mind but they make such a fuss about how much they value their trees!

The gardening project I am currently working on
For a client who recently lost her husband and mother and who is in great need of a new passion in her life. Her tired, old, overgrown garden represented something she could not control on her own, so I created a welcoming space that invites the viewer in
