A half-acre rural plot on clay soil. Three ponds - a large mainly shaded pond at bottom of garden surrounded by shrubs, grasses and low rockery areas. Middle pond is opposite the summerhouse and undergoing changes as we hope to install a small stream and waterfall. Smallest pond is next to a south-facing gravel area planted with grasses and lavender. Also have large lawns, apple, plum and pear trees, vegetable plot. Shade borders, and woodland area towards bottom of garden. Sunny borders near new garage and new fencing. Gravel border down side with small evergreens to climb fence. Front garden best in spring, lots of bulbs, hellebores, very dry soil here. There is not a published plan for this garden yet.
There are no plants in the wish list for this garden.
