About me
I love my garden, especially when seated - "reflecting" - with suitable libation in hand. As many have similarly opined, my garden is my sanctuary, providing respite and refuge from life's slings and arrows. However, being a solitary type I don't get to share it often which means, somewhat selfishly perhaps, I have only to please myself with my design and planting choices. With limited knowledge I have tended to select plants on a whim, responding to offers and articles read out of context. Therefore, my garden feels somewhat disjointed. I would benefit from help but don't like to ask for it, so this wonderful website is a godsend; providing many of the answers I need and the inspiration to create a garden conducive to more "reflection".
