Is wooded at the front of house and heavy clay fields at the back, the pervious owners laid it to lawn at 90%, we have been trying to be a bit more ambitious by introducing flower beds, this has proved difficult at best. The heavy clay was hard to turn and seems to be the best 'soggy' environment for some common weeds, because of the high wind exposure, we have had very slow progress, plants have either died or remained very small. This year we are starting by trying to improve soil structure, we live in hope. There is not a published plan for this garden yet.
