My front garden (I don't have a back one) is only two miles from Sheffield City Centre. An oasis in a hectic world !! A small horseshoe shaped lawn with a low, ivy covered, stone wall is separated from the stone flagged driveway by Victorian edging stones and matching posts. At the far end of this is a pergola, my 40th Birthday present, trained on both sides with rouge cardinal clematis and lonicera manderin honeysuckle. To the right of this are some potato and rhubarb plants, to the left is a Christmas Tree from Xmas 2007 which has finally taken root, a green metal compost bin and two blackcurrant plants (new editions). Not seen in the photograph but on the opposite side of the drive I have a herb garden to the left side of the front door with rosemary, thyme, chives, bronze fennel, mint and pink & red lillies for extra colour. To the right side I have lavender, verbascum and erysimumnThere is not a published plan for this garden yet.
