The garden has two ponds and raised beds around a lawn. There is also a rockery, small veg plot and a small corner pond. A Bramley apple tree lies at the centre of the garden and overhangs the ponds. The ponds contain frogs, newts and dragonflies. The hard landscape is of york stone and a privet hedge encloses the whole garden.Tip: Click zoom out button above to see entire garden plan
About me
I've always loved gardening and find it so relaxing. Especially love herbaceous borders and enjoy looking around traditional nurseries for new plants. Like to have plenty of garden birds and pond life, although don't enjoy cleaning the pond!
Gardening expertise
Very Keen
Biggest gardening accomplishments
Planting up a flower border. Monardas, can't get enough of them.
Biggest gardening frustrations
Snails, mowing the lawns and ever expanding rhubarb! Oh and runaway bamboo, yes, how naive!
The gardening project I am currently working on
Sorting out vegetable plot. Never been very good at vegetables but will try.
