Lower patio area (covered in bark chippings) containing; Chicken run with compost area and wormery, netting over chicken run with various climbers (clematis, boston ivy, grapes). 8ft x 5ft raised veg bed. 6x4 greenhouse, 7x5 shed, trampoline for children Middle artificial lawn area; Edging borders (lots of shrubs, plants and flowers). Leilandii hedge on west border cut back to the trunk revealing branches (various bird feeders, nests). Fence on east border. Children's playhouse and small raised bed area. Upper patio; Seating area
