Biggest gardening accomplishments
For me it must be following my passion and becoming a professional gardener. I love plants, gardens and gardening: so its a bonus to be paid for it and make a reasonable living too. I'm a career changer - so no more office politics, no more wasted hours of commuting and having to sit at a desk for hours. Instead I feel much more happier, rarely ill and just love working outdoors, most of the time anyhow : ). I expect I work longer hours, but it doesn't all feel like work, I'm in control of my own career and development, and I keep meeting amazing people across the horticulture industry too.

Biggest gardening frustrations
1) Waiting 7 years for an allotment - only to have one offered 1 week after house move (first bit of redirected post) but we had changed council boundaries 2) After moving house (in a hurry due to school catchment areas): when digging a small pond realised the housebuilder (15 year ago) had used my garden for a carpark (to the showhomes) and left me all the hardcore with ONLY 6 inches of soil on top. 3) Probably not having enough spare time to visit all the gardens that are on my list of must see gardens

The gardening project I am currently working on
See number 2 in my garden frustrations: I'm lifting a large area of turf to put down gravel and will be creating a container garden where I hope to grow a large range of shrubs and perennials.
