The Evening Standard - Pointing to success

March 28th 2007 By Pattie Barron

Home buyers should check out the position of their new garden first, if they want successful planting.

The good news is that potential purchasers will soon be able to cut out a lot of deadwood at the start by checking out the new Gardens for Sale service on the garden advisory website www.shootgardening.co.uk.

Pointing to success

If you are selling your home and you have a good garden, park it there, together with photos, plant inventory and all-important info, such as size and aspect.

Each garden can be searched for by area, postcode, and garden style and links to the property's main agent listing. On completion, the seller can transfer their completed plant inventory and personalised garden task reminders to the buyer in one easy step. It is a great idea. Estate agents, kindly take note.
