'Black Scallop' _ 'Black Scallop' is a dense, mat-forming, rapidly-spreading, evergreen to semi-evergreen perennial with ovate, glossy, wrinkled, scalloped, dark maroon leaves and spike-like whorls of deep blue flowers in late spring and early summer.
