Flowers are followed by spherical, glossy, white fruit.

Where to grow

Cestrum nocturnum (Night-blooming jasmine) will reach a height of 3.5m and a spread of 3.5m after 5-10 years.

Suggested uses

Conservatory, Containers, Greenhouse, Sub-Tropical, Wallside and trellises

Cultivation

Outdoors in frost-free areas, grow in fertile, well-drained soil in a sheltered site in sun or partial shade. Flowering is best in sun. Alternatively, grow under glass in loam-based compost in full light with shade from hot sun. Provide good ventilation.
