'Magical Blue Lagoon' _ 'Magical Blue Lagoon' is a clump-forming, evergreen to semi-evergreen perennial with rounded, deeply lobed, toothed, grey-green, leaves, paler at the veins, and, in summer, sturdy, upright, branched stems bearing cone-like, pale blue flower-heads with long, narrow, spiny, purple-blue bracts.
