'Sparkling Burgundy' _ 'Sparkling Burgundy' is a compact, mound-forming, semi-evergreen to evergreen perennial bearing lobed, rounded, maple-like, silvery, deep red leaves and slender, upright stems bearing open panicles of tiny, bell-shaped, white flowers from late spring into summer.
