'Red Meister' _ 'Red Meister' is a clump-forming, deciduous, perennial grass with upright to slightly arching, broadly linear, mid-green leaves, in late summer and early autumn, feathery panicles of red to reddish-brown flowers held well above the foliage. Leaves turn reddish-brown in autumn, fading to pale brown by winter.
