P. ferox - P. ferox is an upright, deciduous, evergreen tree, developing a rounded, bushy head with age. Juvenile plants bear narrow, linear, jaggedly toothed, dark bronze-green mature leaves with grey or white markings and mature plants bear spreading, linear, dark green leaves. Panicles of green flowers bloom in summer and autumn followed by oval, black fruit on female plants.
