'Argenteovariegata' _ 'Argenteovariegata' is a variable, fast-growing, spreading, deciduous tree with plated, dark grey bark and oblong to lance-shaped, deeply lobed or toothed, dark green leaves with pale yellow margins, pale green beneath, turning yellow-brown in autumn. Clusters or catkins of inconspicuous, yellow-green flowers in spring are followed by acorns with bristly cups.

Where to grow

Quercus cerris 'Argenteovariegata' (Turkey oak 'Argenteovariegata' ) will reach a height of 30m and a spread of 25m after 20-50 Years.

Cultivation
